This resource, provided by the National Federation of the Blind, provides an excellent guide to institutions of higher education on creating technological accessibility. The site is divided into sections including: accessible technology overview; legal rights and requirements; planning for digital accessibility; and best practices for achieving accessibility.

The Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) is an international effort to create standards and practices to assure website accessibility. This resource includes extensive support for designing for inclusion, guidelines and techniques (including WCAG 2.0 and the new WCAG 2.1), planning and implementing, and evaluating accessibility. It provides tutorials and presentations for its practices. It is a great resource for news on these issues.
