The Title 5 DSPS Regulations and Implementing Guidelines were revised and became effective in October 2015. The changes modernize the regulations to assure consistence with state and federal language regarding disability services. This version is the most current, having been updated by the Chancellor’s Office in April 2019. This document is also available in an accessible PDF format that can be easier to search.
